RTE Radio 1 present
A special recording marking the 200th anniversary of Dun Laoghaire Harbour
For nearly 50 years, Sunday morning on RTÉ Radio 1 has meant Sunday Miscellany; a mix of readings from writers, woven together with music.
This special recording of Sunday Miscellany will mark the bicentenary of Dún Laoghaire Harbour with reflections from local and well known writers as well as live music.
Included in the mix will be readings from Joseph O’Connor, Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill, Tim Carey, Nuala Hayes, Evelyn Conlon and Dún Laoghaire Harbour Master Simon Coate; and music from, among others, the RTÉ Contempo Quartet.
