Louis Garrel (Little Women, The Dreamers) directs, co-writes and stars in this French comedy-thriller. When an aquarium worker and his glamorous friend (Noémie Merlant, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Tár) begin spying on his mother’s new ex-convict husband, they inadvertently become embroiled in a harebrained caviar heist.

Consistently funny without ever undermining its dramatic core, this crime farce toys with expectations through amusing twists and surprisingly nuanced characters.
