Sos Beag Album Launch Tour
From a rainy evening in a Ballincollig pub in 2012 to sold-out tours, millions of online views, and a performance for President Michael D Higgins and his wife Sabina, The White Horse Guitar Club has become one of Ireland’s most beloved musical collectives. They’ve sold out major venues including Cork Opera House and St Canice’s Cathedral, and have drawn huge festival crowds at Electric Picnic and All Together Now.
Founded by Joe Carey after an open call at The White Horse pub, the eleven-member band grew from casual song sessions into a powerful force celebrated for rich harmonies and soulful reinterpretations of folk, Americana, and traditional Irish music.
Praised for their camaraderie and unique sound, all eleven members sing in unison, harmony, and melody, creating a sound that “on paper […] shouldn’t work – but it does,” says Carey. Their new album Sos Beag releases 3 October – don’t miss this chance to see their powerful live show in person.
