Kelly Moran

Following a show-stopping performance at Haunted Dancehall in 2023, Kelly Moran returns to Dublin to celebrate the release of her outstanding new album Moves in the Field on Warp Records.

Over the past decade, New York-based composer and producer Kelly Moran has challenged the piano's traditional, classically-imposed school of thought with a more contemporary, experimental approach. An accomplished and highly sought-after composer, Moran has collaborated with artists the likes of Oneohtrix Point Never as part of his touring ensemble for 2018 album Age Of, as well as singer and composer FKA Twigs' live ensemble.

Moves in the Field showcases a unique collaboration with Yamaha Disklavier, pushing the boundaries of human and machine interaction. Moran, a signed Yamaha artist, skillfully combines her pianistic abilities with the Disklavier's inhuman capabilities, resulting in multi-layered, orchestrated compositions. Moves in the Field marks Moran's bold departure, solidifying her status as a trailblazing figure in modern music.
