Join the Team! Executive Director
Reporting to the Chair and Board, the Executive Director will have overall responsibility for the artistic, strategic, operational and financial leadership of the Theatre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation of Pavilion Theatre’s Strategy 2025–2028
- Ensuring delivery of a high-quality, ambitious artistic programme and artist supports
- Providing strong organisational leadership and team development
- Overseeing financial management and long-term sustainability
- Managing technical production and capital development
- Leading stakeholder engagement and public value delivery
The Individual
The successful candidate will be a senior leader who:
- Can balance artistic ambition with strong governance and commercial acumen
- Brings significant leadership experience within a multi-disciplinary cultural venue
- Has a strong understanding of the Irish arts funding and policy landscape
- Demonstrates proven capability in organisational leadership, stakeholder engagement and team development
